  • Set up production equipment and systems including automation of elements (or the entirety) of the production process,

  • Interact with and manage external contractors (e.g., pipefitting, automation, etc.),

  • Engage with external collaborators to contribute to the entire cradle-to-grave life cycle assessment (LCA) for our products,

  • Be a trusted safety associate, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures at Seprify’s operations.

Your Profile:

  • A graduate university degree (MSc/MEng, PhD/DPhi) in Chemical or Process Engineering,

  • Ideally with professional experience in chemical process engineering, engineering designs or pilot production,

  • Experience in overseeing the operation of pilot-scale equipment (reactors, chemical recycling and waste, washing, drying), good command of English (oral and written),

  • Have extensive safety knowledge handling acids, bases, solvents at high concentrations, and conducting reactions at large scales (>100 L),

  • Excellent observation skills, adaptability, rigor and team spirit are essential.

  • Hands-on production implementation and scale up experience.

  • An interdisciplinary environment that allows broadening your knowledge and skills.
